Who We Are

Autism Learning Collaborative firmly believes that our employees are our greatest assets. Our leadership team is comprised of individuals that have decades of experience in the field of ABA, having presented at conferences, published articles and instructional manuals. We have a thirst for knowledge and are constantly on the pursuit of improvement to ensure the families we serve are receiving the best possible care we can deliver.

Doug Boe, Clinical Director – Nebraska

Doug began his journey in applied behavior analysis when he enrolled in the behavior analysis and therapy graduate program at Southern Illinois University in 2005, having previously completed his bachelor’s degree in psychology at South Dakota State University.  Doug has been a board certified behavior analyst since 2009 and has over 15 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities across the lifespan.

    Doug has provided ABA services in various settings, including in home, inpatient, schools, group homes, and clinics.  Doug is committed to working closely with the families we serve to further ALCS’s mission of one skill, one success, one child at a time.


    Outside of work you can find Doug spending time with his wife and dog, attending a sporting event, or enjoying a meal at one of his favorite Omaha restaurants.  

Brandi Bramlett, Clinical Director – Oklahoma City, OK

Brandi has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2006. Brandi completed her graduate program at the University of Central Oklahoma in the area of Special Education with an emphasis in Integrated Behavior Analysis. While completing her graduate degree Brandi worked with a diverse population of children and young adults in both urban and rural areas of Oklahoma in the home, school and clinical setting. After completing her graduate degree, Brandi sought new opportunities in Colorado where she provided services in the clinical, home and residential setting for individuals ages 2 to 60 with developmental disabilities with an emphasis in Autism and related disorders. Most recently, Brandi established clinical services for two separate ABA agencies in northern Nevada.

    Brandi is dedicated to remaining current in ABA related topics and issues. She is also passionate about helping individuals with disabilities meet their fullest potential and teaching society at large the science of human behavior. 


    Outside of work Brandi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and outdoor activities. 

Amy Ehnes, Clinical Director – St. Louis, MO

Amy Ehnes is the Clinical Director for ALC's St. Louis region.  Amy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and holds Behavior Analyst licensure in Missouri. She received her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Lindenwood University.  Amy received a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.  Amy's experience includes clinical and administration-level work with individuals aged 2-65 in settings that include schools, clinics, in-home services, residential treatment facilities, daycares, and individualized supported living homes (ISLs).

    Amy's passion is supporting the St. Louis team so that they can provide the best possible therapeutic services to the individuals we serve and find fulfillment and purpose in their roles. 


    Amy lives in suburban St. Louis with her husband and two kids.  Amy is a busy soccer mom, a PC gamer, and a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan.
